Terms and Conditions of Soccer Goals Academy - By becoming a client of Soccer Goals Academy, you agree to the following terms.

  (A) Group & 1on 1 Refund Policy- We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. Our program has limited availability and each spot of sought after. We often have a waiting list for our private 1on1 training and small group program. All sales are final. If you have a recurring payment and your child gets injured, we will pause further payments till the player can play again.

(B)  Summer Camp Policy - Our Camp is a one off payment - If your child can't make the camp for any reason - you will get our next camp  FREE of charge or the option to  use 1 of our Groups  for 2 months FREE of charge and will get the Summer Camp training Jersey.

1. Vacation/Reschedule Policy- As noted on the Parent/Player agreement form, Coach Tommy has a scheduled vacation every 90 days and will be absent for 7 days. You will always receive your make-up session before Tommy departs and he will offer you a variety of days/times throughout the week to complete the make - up session. The session could be scheduled with another qualified coach during that time. Players on the online program will have different content that week to work on.  
2. Rainout Policy- If the fields are "too wet" or if there is significant rain during the morning or evening of our scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled, or a group training session will be held online upon Tommy’s decision. Tommy will check to make sure the field is safe before every session. If the field is playable, we will resume the session. Parents do not determine if the session is cancelled.  
3. Missed Session Policy- Tommy has a zero-toleration (1on1 training) missed session Policy. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. If you communicate with Tommy 48 hours before the session, you will receive a makeup session within a 7-day period. If you do not complete the make-up session within 7 days, you will forfeit the session. Anyone who misses a scheduled Group training session, that session will be lost to them.  
4. Player Conduct Policy- All students are required to show up 10 minutes before each session to warmup with the proper soccer attire, pen and notepad. We do not accept players who are disrespectful or dishonest with completing homework assignments at home. 
5. Groups Payment Policy- By committing to our 3 - 6- or 12 - month agreement, you agree that you can commit to the entire commitment. You have the option of paying in full (cash) or paying monthly with our automated system that charges your credit/debit card every 30 days. If your credit card fails, our system will prompt you to replace your card within a 24-hour period. 
6. Early Contract Policy Termination- If you choose to cancel during your commitment of 3 - 6- or 12-month contract, you can cancel anytime by notifying Tommy by email By cancelling the contract, you understand Tommy’s early termination policy: Early Termination: You can opt out of and cancel your contract anytime by paying Soccer Goals Academy a €290 early termination fee. Paying the fee will cancel any upcoming payment and once the €290 fee is paid, all sessions will end.  
7. Private 1 on 1 Training Contract- By agreeing to our 4 - month program, all sessions must be completed within 4 - months from the start date. By agreeing to our 8 - month program, all sessions must be completed within 8- months from the start date. By agreeing our 12 - month program, all sessions must be completed in 12 - months from the start date. If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. Tommy will give you multiple options throughout the week to complete the sessions in a timely manner. The training sessions must be complete within the (4 months) - (8 months) or (12 months) depending on the contract length, this applies to the 1on1 training.
8. Recurring Monthly Fees- By committing to our Group training or private training program, or our online only training you agree to our 30-day recurring payment plan.  
9. End of Contract & Renewal Policy-If you would like to STOP training after our contract is complete, simply contact by e-mail to [email protected] to let Coach Tommy, know 30 days before the final session that you will be discontinuing in the program. If you do not communicate with Tommy 30 days before the final session, you agree to continue in the program beyond the agreement (meaning we hold your spot in the program) and you will continue to train in the program.  
10. Liability-You, our Client on Soccer Goals Academy, will not hold Soccer Goals Academy accountable for any injuries or illnesses that you or your child may pick up during our scheduled contact time.  
11. On field Transition - You agree under any circumstances, if our on-field training can't continue on-field, your monthly subscription will continue on-line until as such time as on-field is available - "High Performance Group".  
12. If you do not want photos of your child to be - 1) Taken  2) Posted, you will contact Tommy to let him know before you attended the Academy. If you do not make contact about this, you are ok with photos 1) Taken 2) Posted.  
13. You or a Guardian - agree to be in your child's company, when we do a Zoom online session.
14. When I Enrol my Child onto Soccer Goals Academy " I consent to "Soccer Goals Academy" sending me information on future training programs, updates and events via email or phone messages.
15. By becoming a customer of Soccer Goals Academy, I agree to the terms on this website. I have signed a contract or clicked T&C when enrolling online stating that I have reviewed this page in depth and agree to Tommy’s terms and conditions.
